We just planted the PEA GARDEN ... it says we can harvest in 63 days.
Today is May 8th ... so the peas should be ready on July 10th!

WE FINALLY MADE IT !
After living in the Philly area for over 25 years, we finally made it to the OFFICIAL HOME OF THE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK !
And oh what a treat ... definitely worth a visit just for the experience.
As 'blue collar' as it gets ...
You have to order saying 'wit' if you want your cheese steak WITH onions.
And what a crowd. It took 20 - 30 minutes in line for the priviledge of ordering WIT ...
Is that enjoyment or what!

I Survived The Philadelphia Folk Festival
The Philadelphia Folk Festival ... An Experience for Everyone to Have !
I went to the PFF with my good friend Vinny ... we camped for 3 days / 2 nights.
What an experience.
I didn't believe it when Vinny said that NO ONE slept at night. Now I know! They don't! ... And if you try ... YOU DON'T EITHER.
It was a great time and something that everyone should experience. If you were not at Woodstock (which I wasn't) ... and wished you could experience a weekend of great music, friendly people EVERYWHERE ... this is a must!
As you an see from these photos, I 'chilled out' for 3 days.
I recommend it highly for ALL.

Madison The Artist
Madison recently had a piece of artwork placed in the main Thorndale (PA) branch of Citadel Credit Union.
She was chosen along with some other students from Caln Elementary, along with a few other elementary schools in the district and the Senior High School.

KEVIN AND MADISON RUN THE KENNETT RUN
On Saturday, May 15, Kevin and Madison ran a 5K race in Kennett Square.
Madison was running for the YMCA 'Girls on the Run'
Kevin was running to keep up with Madison.
Kevin holds Madison up just before the race starts.

There were over 2,000 people running in the 5K race!
The 'dynamic duo' just about to cross the finish line!
Congratulations! Good job!

On our recent trip to St. Louis, MO, we were walking along the Mississippi River at the Landing and came across Lucas Street.
